Group Visits

Thanks for your interest in visiting WashU!

Group visits are offered for students in grades 9 through 12 and in groups of 5 to 44 students. One chaperone is required for every 10 students.

Schedule your visit

Contact us at groupvisit@wustl.edu to begin the process of scheduling your group visit at least 2 weeks before your preferred visit date. Organizers will receive a link to submit a visit request form.

Please note that sessions and/or tours may be canceled if weather poses a severe risk to visitor, staff, or student safety. This includes extreme heat, cold, or thunderstorms.

All group visits are held Tuesdays through Thursdays in either the morning or afternoon. You will be asked to select your first and second choice of dates on the form.

Requests are reviewed and given a response within 10 days of submission. Please know that we may not be able to accommodate all requests.

The Office of Undergraduate Admissions cannot accommodate visits for students below 9th grade.
