One piece of advice I always share with students is to make sure your application highlights all of the key things you want the admissions committee to know before submitting it. The best application I’ve read are ones where can clearly see who the student is, and how they would add to the campus community. I also like to remind families to not let the college search process take over all aspects of a student’s high school experience. It’s important for you to have fun and enjoy these years with family and friends before you head off to college!
