Welcome to St. Louis!

We are excited to welcome attendees of the 2024 Coalition Annual Meeting & Conference to St. Louis and to WashU!

With so much to explore and so little time, we decided to share a few highlights (and our favorite places).

Check out St. Louis

Whether you enjoy a quiet museum, and artist-built playground for all ages, or a peaceful stroll in the great outdoors, we’ve got a recommendation.

Or, you can check out the St. Louis Convention & Visitor’s Commission website for a complete list of must-see attractions.

Our staff highly recommends:

City Museum

Housed in an old shoe factory in Downtown St. Louis, City Museum is an ever-evolving, always-thrilling, artist-built playground full of weirdly wonderful spaces to explore.

Forest Park

Some of the best things in St. Louis are just steps from WashU.

Forest Park, located just east of the Danforth Campus, is considered one of America’s greatest urban public parks. The park’s 1,300 acres feature beautiful landscapes sprinkled with jogging trails, bike paths, forests, nature reserves, lakes and streams. It’s also where you will find the Saint Louis Art Museum, the Saint Louis Science Center, the Saint Louis Zoo, and the Missouri History Museum.
