Salt + Smoke

Being from New Jersey, I have not been exposed to much barbecue in my life. Salt + Smoke fulfills that need that I didn’t even know I had. In addition to great meat options and fantastic sauces, what makes Salt + Smoke stand out are their sides! All of their sandwiches and plates come with at least one side, and let me say, the mac and cheese is out of this world. Additionally, the plates come with a cheddar popover that I can guarantee you will want to come back for. For anyone looking for something other than meat, there is also a great falafel burger that I would recommend. Salt + Smoke will provide a Midwest experience like no other.
