Attend the free NACAC STEM College and Career Fair at WashU!

The National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC) invites students, parents, and counselors to explore the college search process at the NACAC STEM College and Career Fair held on Sunday, March 9, 2025, from 1-4 p.m. at Washington University in St. Louis.

  • Meet with admission representatives from various colleges, universities, and the armed forces.
  • Talk to a college counselor at the College Advising Center table.
  • Connect with colleges through our new user-friendly attendee app.

More information about the NACAC STEM College and Career Fair in St. Louis—including directions, a list of participating colleges, and tips to help students prepare for the fair—is available online at https://www.nacacattend.org/25StLouisSTEM.

In-Person Campus Visits

Daily Campus Visits

Campus visits provide an opportunity for prospective students to explore our beautiful campus and connect with our community. 

In-person campus visits are offered Monday through Friday and some Saturdays. Your visit will include a 45-minute information session, followed by a 75-minute student-led campus tour. Our information session will provide an overview of WashU, our programs as well as the admission and financial aid process.

Additional on-campus academic division sessions and/or tours are offered on Mondays and Fridays.

Junior Jumpstart

Join our Office of Undergraduate Admissions at WashU for Junior Jumpstart! This special programming for high school juniors will be offered on February 21 and February 28, 2025.

Your visit will include:

  • An Admissions and Aid Presentation
  • A Session on Selective College Admissions
  • An Academic Division Overview
  • A Student-led Campus Tour

Check-in starts at 8:30 a.m. with programming running from 9:00 a.m. – 12:45 p.m.

Group Visits

Special group visits are offered for students in grades 9 through 12.

Please note that sessions and/or tours may be canceled if extreme weather poses a severe risk to visitor, staff, or student safety.

High School Visits

Throughout the spring and fall, our admission officers will be visiting high schools (in person and virtually) to connect with students and share information about WashU, St. Louis, and the admissions and financial aid process.

Bear Chats

Schedule an informal “Bear Chat” with a Bear Ambassador! In-person and virtual Bear Chats are open to any interested student beginning the spring before their senior year.

NWHE Information Session

Join WashU in partnership with Emory University, Johns Hopkins University, and University of Notre Dame for a virtual information session. Admissions staff will share information about each university and their current application and testing requirements. There will be plenty of time for you to ask your own questions, as well.
